Photo & Media Release

You choose this for each student during onboarding. Allowing or declining is entirely your choice — declining does not affect enrollment in any way.

You make an allow or decline choice for each student in the enrollment portal, recorded with your typed name and the date. You can change your choice at any time by writing to us.

1. What we may capture

From time to time the Academy photographs, video-records, or audio-records classes, rehearsals, performances, showcases, and events for its own promotional and educational use.

2. If you allow the release

You grant the Academy permission to use images, video, audio, and the likeness of your student for the Academy’s promotional and educational purposes — including its website, social media, printed materials, and newsletters — without compensation. No personal identifying information will be used — we do not publish a student’s last name, contact information, or other identifying details alongside their image.

3. If you decline

If you decline, we will make reasonable efforts to keep your student out of media used for promotion. Declining does not affect enrollment, participation, or how your student is treated in class. In group settings we cannot guarantee a student never incidentally appears in the background of a wide shot, but we will not feature or intentionally publish a declined student.

4. Changing your mind

You may update your choice at any time in the portal or by writing to Mustardseedartacademy@gmail.com. Changes apply going forward.
