How enrollment works: Create one family account in the portal, add each student, and enroll per class. Semester classes run the whole term; drop-in classes (Community Sing & Community Drum) can be attended by the session, and every student gets one free Try a Class visit.     A daytime music class made for homeschool families and tailored to fit the group we have each term. Kids explore rhythm, movement, and music-making through games, instruments, and group activities that build coordination, listening skills, and confidence — all in a supportive, learn-together setting.

    Life with Rhythm — Ages 7–12

    A gradual, thoughtful exploration of movement. In the first half of the course, students explore the boundaries of movement through controlled, deliberate exercises; in the second, we turn to sound and rhythm through group percussion — learning elementary drum rudiments by hand-drumming. Students are welcome to bring their own hand drums.

    A group choir where kids learn to sing together. Students build healthy vocal technique, pitch, and harmony while exploring a variety of songs — and gain the confidence that comes from making music as part of a group, working toward performances to share what they’ve learned.

    Community Sing

    An all-ages open-mic space for singers. Step up to sing a solo and get friendly coaching and audience feedback. When there are no soloists, we pick songs to sing together as a group — no experience or audition needed.

    Ballet classes with Miss Caitlyn — Saturday mornings this fall (Sep 12 – Dec 5), building coordination, musicality, and confidence in a joyful, encouraging setting. Now enrolling — pick your dancer’s class below.

    Pre-Ballet

    A joyful first taste of ballet for our youngest dancers. Little ones learn the basics of ballet — and how to follow instruction, choreography, and routine — while growing focus, confidence, and a love of dance. Dancers explore beginner techniques like posture, first and second positions of the feet, simple arm positions, balance control, sautés (small jumps), and stretching, then put it all together in a short routine.

    Beginner Ballet · Ages 5–8

    Ballet 1: Beginner Ballet

    Real beginner ballet that grows with your dancer — beginner-friendly for ages 5–8 while steadily progressing toward more advanced technique and choreography. Dancers work through first–fifth positions of the feet and arms, proper posture and alignment, barre work (plié, relevé, coupé, tendu, and more), center practice (balance, chassé, arabesque, and more), turns and jumps, and flexibility and conditioning — finishing the term with a standard routine.

    Illustrating for Picture Books

    Using your favorite fairy tale or a story you’ve written, we’ll learn how to break up the text, create thumbnail images, and sketch out a book dummy. Each participant finishes with a complete book dummy and at least one polished illustration sample — with supportive peer and instructor feedback to refine your ideas and strengthen your artistic vision.

    Triple Threat — Musical Theater

    A musical-theater class where young performers learn fundamental skills and build a foundation for Singing, Acting, and Dancing. Through games, scenes, and songs, kids grow their stage presence, teamwork, and confidence while having a blast putting it all together.

    Musical Theater

    A musical-theater class for teens eager to build on their performance skills. Students strengthen their singing, acting, and dancing skills learning directed scenes and choreographed numbers as an ensemble — developing real performance skills and the confidence to bring a character to life on stage.

    Acting

    Focused on the non-musical, this course teaches a foundational method for acting. Students will be challenged to accept alternative circumstances in their portrayal of scenes, and engage in theatrical personalities in a controlled artistic space. Through improv, scene work, and character exploration, students develop their voice, presence, and stagecraft — learning to make bold choices and bring honest, believable characters to life.

    Writing & Illustrating Children’s Books

    An inspiring six-week course that guides you through creating your very own children’s story, from concept to illustrated page. You’ll learn the fundamentals of writing for young readers — memorable characters, strong narrative structure, and writing with rhythm and heart — with supportive peer and instructor feedback along the way. A hands-on art component teaches simple illustration, page-layout design, and pairing images with text to bring your story to life.     Needle Felting Basics

    In this class you’ll learn the fundamentals of working with different wool types, how to use barbed needles safely, and how to pack fibers tightly to create a firm, smooth 3D shape. By the end you’ll have the confidence to go home and keep working on your own needle-felting projects — and you’ll leave with your very own needle-felted toy creation.

    Creating with AI: Games, Websites & Art

    Ever wondered what all the AI fuss is actually about? Spend an afternoon finding out by making something real. Your instructor builds software with an AI tool called Claude every day, and in this hands-on workshop you’ll learn to do the same — no coding experience needed. You’ll set up Claude Code on your own laptop, then talk it through building a small playable game, styling it into a web page, and generating the art that goes in it.

    You’ll leave with a working creation saved on your laptop, the tool installed and ready, and the know-how to keep building at home. Claude accounts require you to be 18 or older — that’s Anthropic’s rule, not ours — so this one is for the grown-ups.
